Diana Podgorny joined Harbor in 2017 and in 2023 was appointed as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. She provides advice to the firm’s senior leadership on all legal, compliance and regulatory matters applicable to the financial services and asset management industries. Diana earned a B.B.A. summa cum laude in Information Systems Management from Loyola University Chicago and a J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University.
