Harbor Funds ceased operations of the Harbor Commodity Real Return Strategy Fund at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, January 26, 2018.  The Fund was liquidated because it was no longer of a sufficient size to remain economically viable and was not expected to grow to a sufficient size within a reasonable time. The Harbor Commodity Real Return Strategy Fund commenced operations in September of 2008.
